These terms are the agreement between you and the app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
Who can use the app
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You need an account, one per person, and the information you give us must be accurate.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
What you can post
Questions you send are public. Keep them civil: no harassment, hate speech, threats, spam or repeated unwanted messages, no impersonation of another person, no illegal content, and nothing sexual involving minors.
Do not use the app to collect personal information about anyone else.
Moderation
Any user can report a question. We may remove content, hide a question, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
Verified profiles
A blue check marks a creator profile. It is a badge, not an endorsement, and it is granted and can be revoked at our discretion.
To receive one you must show that you control the Instagram account you apply with.
Voices
Voices are a free daily allowance that lets you boost a question. The balance refills every day and resets to the daily amount.
Voices have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are not refundable. We may change the daily amount.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give us permission to show it in the app, including to other users and on creator profiles.
You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not break anyone else's rights.
Our content
The app's name, design, logo and the software behind it belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Availability
The app is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, or for content posted by other users.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
